I am Cynthia Bowen, LMT, HHP and Bowenwork Practitioner. I believe in supporting the whole person with gentle, non-invasive therapuetic options. I offer Bowenwork (soft tissue, fascial release), Massage, Heartmath, Sound Healing, Vibroacoustic Therapy, Corrective Exercise and Functional Nutrition Counseling.  I am passionate about supporting you in your journey to restoring balance.  My focus is in pain and stress reduction, balance for a healthy body, mind and spirit while empowering you on your unique path and journey. 

I believe we have been given many tools and advantages to help our bodies return to its divine blue print. There is a balance in utilizing resources and our innate ability to heal. When bodies are given the correct tools and blocks removed, effective and possible lasting changes can take place.
