I frequently have clients tell me I have the "perfect pressure" during a massage. This comes mostly from two things. First, I pay close attention to the amount of pressure I'm applying and where the muscles begin to release. Second, I don't do any more pressure than is needed to do just that. I feel like many times, clients feel that they need to choose between two types of sessions. Either a session where they can relax or a session where real therapeutic work gets done for their muscles. And I'm here to tell you, you can absolutely have both. 

My husband and I own Crystal Phoenix Massage, a private practice in Lakewood, CO. We strive to give you a session that will ease stress and melt away tension without forcing your muscles to release before they're ready. I do this through multiple massage modalities, plus the use of hot stones and aromatherapy.

I graduated from The Denver School of Massage Therapy in 2015 and opened my private practice in Lakewood in 2017. I also hold an Associates Degree from The Colorado Film School.
