My primary massage therapy techniques include:

• Swedish Massage: A gentle and relaxing technique using long strokes, kneading, deep circular movements, vibration, and tapping to help relax and energize you.
• Deep Tissue Massage: Targets 1 deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue to help with muscle damage from injuries.  
• Myofascial Release: Focuses on releasing tension and restrictions in the fascia, the connective tissue surrounding muscles.
• Trigger Point Therapy: Addresses specific tight areas within muscle tissue that can cause pain in other parts of the body.
• Sports Massage: Tailored to athletes to enhance performance, prevent injury, and aid in recovery.
• Lymphatic Drainage: A gentle technique used to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues.
