Everything on your schedule commands energy, even the things you love to do. That energy must be replenished in order for you to be your best self. So, when you enter your session, you are the focus. In the midst of all of that flows through you, you matter. Time for yourself is not a luxury; it is a necessity. It should be normal, just like your daily duties.

I bring over 25 years of performing arts experience as an enhancement to my massage therapy career. So, let's work together in achieving and maintaining balance in the name of better health in mind, body, and spirit. See you soon.
