My mission as a massage therapist is to help bring relief to those in pain, balance to those who seek it and provide a space for whole body healing.  Each session is tailored to my client’s needs- whether it be overall stress reduction or specific pain relief. Through a mixture of lomi lomi strokes, energy holds, deep tissue techniques and trigger point release, my clients are able to release their tension and achieve a genuine state of relaxation.
