Reiki Energy Healing—Relax, release, recharge and rejuvenate! Reiki is an ancient , gentle, hands on healing modality that is practiced fully clothed either sitting in a chair or on a Massage Table. The practitioner works above and on the body, helping to restore the body’s natural energetic balance and ability to heal itself.

In additon to offering therapeutic massage & Reiki, Christiana has a thriving private Yoga and Personal Training practice, specializing in an adaptive approach to fitness that meets her clients exactly where they are no matter their fitness experience or ability level!
