Hello, and thank you for taking a moment to review my qualifications!

In addition to being a Certified Massage Therapist (CMT), I am a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), a Holistic Health Practitioner (HHP), and an Instructor of Massage at Healing Hands School of Holistic Health where I teach Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Advanced Circulatory Massage, and Professional Practices. My knowledge emphasis is on the anatomy and kinesiology of the body, and my clients know me for having an extremely detailed touch -- Physical Therapists have even commented on me having the 'best hands' of any professional they've met.

While I provide a wide range of modalities and focuses in my practice, my most often sought expertise is in my Deep Tissue skills, which I combine with guided breathing and movement instructions to bring quick change to my clients with minimal discomfort. I am skilled in using movement assessments to quickly understand existing tension patterns, particularly which areas are weak and which are over-used, and my experience as an instructor lets me pass on simple explanations that my clients can easily act on. As a CPT, I'm qualified to be instructing you on how to complete rehabilititative stretching and strengthening exercises. So I can help you on and off the table!

I pride myself on developing clients' knowledge and self-awareness so they are increasingly able to self-treat. My goal is to get results, and to help you become more self-reliant as we work together. I am an excellent fit for people who have very specific goals or complex issues, those who desire more knowledge of their body, and those who appreciate a detail-oriented touch.
