Charylie Abernathy

I have always loved nurturing others and providing relief through touch. In 2015 I graduated from Everest College and completed certification for Personal Training with the National Academy of Sports Medicine in 2018. I have completed studies in Myofascial Release, Cupping Therapy, and Neural Reset Therapy. My treatments typically employ dynamic Cupping, Trigger Point Therapy, guasha, warm bamboo, and a variety of neuromuscular techniques combined with deeply relaxing pressure.

Years of clinical experience have honed my ability to zero in on common problem areas, facilitating relaxation and targeted pain reduction. I love collaborating with clients--working together to discover how to prevent injury, decrease tension, and enhance performance.
