I received training at Cortiva Institute in Pompano Beach which was formerly named Florida College of Natural Health. I can effectively perform Deep Tissue Massage, Therapeutic Massage, Sports Massage and Reflexogy. Deep tissue massage manipulates the soft tissue of the body to assist with getting rid of toxins and helps with postural dysfunctons. The therapeutic massage is a more delicate touch and medium in certain areas improving the circulation throughout the body, self elevation and the client's imune system. Integrative Manuel Therapy also kown as Injury Massage may incorporate trigger point creates a positive reinforcement and brings confront to an injured area by calming tender, painful areas and increases the client's range of motion. Maintenance Sports Massage includes passive stretching which allows muscle tissue to lengthen or broaden: some benefits include deactivating trigger points, decrease chances of getting cramps and accumulated scar tissue. Reflexology is a application of pressure to the feet and hands with specific thumb, finger and hand techniques used with very little oil or lotion. Reflexology assist in relaxation of stress and tension, it helps the body rid itself of toxins and increase energy by revitalizing organs and glans.
