Catherine Poland

My name is Catherine Poland, formally Catherine Weeks. I resently married and have been practicing massage for almost 2 years now. My specialty is in Neuromuscular Massage, which is a form of massage helps improve range of motion and promote healing through manipularion of your neural pathways. In short, my job is to play telephone with your brain and muscles via your nerves. I am also quite skilled with deep tissue massage as well, and love to integrate my deep tissue work into my neuromuscular work for a better massage experience. 

I love sports including basketball, football, and hockey. Currently, I am employeed in the American Hockey League as one of they're head massage therapists.
