To cultivate an awareness in the community and with clients the importance of living and aging with a body that is more naturally structurally aligned.

I have over 20 years of experience in the massage/bodywork healing arts field. I customize each session by integrating various bodywork modalities. I believe in an open line of communication between client and therapist as to optimize the outcome of the bodywork therapy session.

I am certified in KMI Structural Integration , Licensed Massage Therapist and NASM certified Personal Trainer
