Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) is for health support, relieving lymph-based edema, preparation for surgery (plastic, dental or other) and excellent to promote good recovery from surgery.Think of it as "spring cleaning" for your lymphatic system, which is everywhere in the body. My skills and interests are suitable for relieving minor lymphatic edemas, chest congestion, sinus congestion, preparing for surgery, and improving scar formation. The best side effect of MLD is a feeling of thorough healthy well-being. 

Integrative Massage - I use a variety of approaches and techniques, depending on what's needed. They are mostly gentle. You may be asked to "work with me" with gentle, directed resistance to bring about speedier changes.
