Offering bodywork to support over-all health and wellbeing and to sooth the soul has been the joy of my professional career. Sessions are generally calming and nourishing as layers of life's stress fall away and space is freed up to more fully re-inhabit the body. I'm happy to address a variety of physical issues through therapeutic massage, including low back pain, neck pain, TMJ, to name a few. Sessions are also available to focus purely on refining and developing one's connection with sensation and presence in the body, which supports the nervous system, aids in healing trauma and loss and reinforces our innate healing capacity. Each session is carefully catered to my client's needs the day they come in. I bring to the table over 15 years of experience as a seasoned and refined massage therapist, biodynamic Craniosacral therapist, reiki practioner and sound healer. I really look forward to the opportunity to work with you!
