As a licensed massage therapist, my first goal is to help you achieve your health goals, whether that is simply reducing stress or restoring balance to dysfunctional muscles or helping you recovery from in injury or surgery. I specialize in neuromuscular massage, fascial release, trigger point release, laryngeal massage and manual lymphatic drainage.
