I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2013. Since that time I have focused on continuing education, focusing on client needs, and expanding techniques. I utilize hot stone, aroma therapy, and deep tissue massage to make each experience unique to your needs. I can provide services for migraine relief, prenatal massage, and stress relief.
What does a visit entail? I recommend scheduling a 90 to 120 minute session so that we can began to thoroughly address your issues. This time is the time spent during the actual massage and does not include our consultation time. We will begin with a consultation to discuss your needs. Together we will review some of your important medical history, your stressors, your daily posture. We will also talk about some things I can do to make your session comfortable. The temperature of the room and the table, music, and aroma therapy can all impact on your relaxation. I will leave you some time to undress to your comfort level. When you are ready, we will begin. Each session is as unique as each person. My goal is to enhance your experience and fulfill each request. We will end the session with a refreshing glass of water and personalized discussion for your next step. I can provide you with recommendations for stretching and follow up.
