Bridget Kimsey

Welcome to my practice. Thank you for your interest. I have been immersed in the healing arts and sciences for about 30 years.  

I am a registered experienced (E-RYT) yoga teacher, teaching both privately and group classes, and have a background and study in various lineages. I am a certified yoga therapist (C-IAYT) and work in clinical settings on varying pathologies.

I am a licensed (Massachusetts), certified (Vermont), and nationally board certified massage therapist (NCBTMB). I am a certified medical massage practitioner as well, with a niche in treating chronic pain issues, recovery from surgery, and help with varying pathologies/illnesses.

I am a Reiki Master and outcome physics based energy medicine worker.

I have a foundational training in herbal studies and currently have a small product line with oils, lotions, and aromatic spritzers.

To put it simply, I have a varied tool kit that I draw on to help people. I see a wide range of students, clients, and patients. I work in my office, in people's homes, or in clinic/ hospital settings. 

I am very client based- looking to work in your highest and best good and comfort zone with no agenda except how would you like to proceed, find relief in, and/or change. Be it simply to de-stress or something complex- I am here. People are welcome to come to me for yoga, massage, and/or energy medicine- choosing one modality they are interested in or a combination. In assessing your case, I am also happy to give my recommendation.

In addition, I am a published author with books that describe my experience on differing topics and how they bridge into dominant modern held scientific findings. I have an undergraduate degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math and am currently working on a Master of Science degree.
