As a massage therapist, I specialize in bodywork, sports, rehab/injury, and deep tissue massage.

I'm a certified Master Myoskeletal Alignment Therapist (studied under Erik Dalton & Paul Kelly) who studied Fascial Release & Rolfing at the Rolf Institute in Boulder, Colorado.

I work with professional and amateur athletes as well as those who are serious

about keeping their bodies working well.

I have lots of experience working with injuries, scar tissue remodeling, and rehabilitation;

Increasing and Restoring limitations to Mobility;

Correcting Imbalances within the musculoskeletal system ;

Realigning the skeletal system,

Stretching shortened muscles, and Activating, weak (inhibited) and lengthened muscles to restore their proper resting length.

RATES

My rates are affordable and depend on the type of massage or bodywork you are seeking, the length of the session, and whether you will be working with me at my apartment (in Creve Coeur), or if I'm coming to your location.

Incalls & Outcalls

Incall massages (@ my apt in Creve Coeur) & Outcall massages (I come to your location) are flat fees, based only on the length of service. All massage types are included in the hourly fee (except for Rolfing).

Gratuities: I do not accept gratuities for Incall or Outcall massages. 

Payment must be paid via Cash or Venmo prior to, or at the time of service.

If you schedule back-to-back outcall massages at your home for you + another person, I deduct $20 off the total of the two massages.
