I have always had a servant’s heart to help and restore others. I have found that through massage therapy, I can have an immediate impact on a person’s life by restoring balance and providing relaxation. My goal is to create a space where people can take a moment to "Be Still" - to take a breath, some time out from their busy lives and through massage therapy allow the mind, body and spirit to begin to heal. ?

The reasons why I have chosen massage therapy is clear: for the moments when people leave floating out the door; for all of the happy smiles and thankful hugs, for the raw and honest conversations, the safe space and the privilege of sharing in someone’s journey. For me, the honor of being able to place my hands on someone and speak words of life and encouragement over them and for the moments of silence where nothing needs to be said but everything is understood. ?

For the laughter, the tears and the ability to share in someone’s joy and in turn, their sadness... for the relief that comes when pain eases, for the opportunity to provide a place for people to rest and to be restored, a place for people to come as they are & to take a moment for themselves..to refill their cup, to breathe and to Be Still... ?

 

 And for the times I get to remind people that they are worthy and are loved beyond measure. I truly believe that everyone was created on purpose & for a purpose. ?
