About
I am Nicole Neumann and Breathe Wellness has been a lifetime in the making.
Breathe Wellness brings a very special approach to healing by creating space to breathe and rest. I am here to help others find freedom, release and discover healing for the mind, body, soul & inner strength. John F. Barnes Myofascial Release and Holy Yoga are tools I use to inspire others to live healthier lives.
For the last 15 years, I have focused on my personal yoga practice to heal. I have spent time mentoring survivors of abuse and trauma. My passion comes from helping others move from surviving to thriving. My hope is that individuals step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced. I am certified with RYT-200 through Yoga Alliance, have completed my 225 hour Holy Yoga Instructor training, as well as Holy Yoga Touch Training to assist with adjustments during your practice and Holy Yoga YIN (Levels 1 & 2) to help you deepen your practice with stretching and releasing.
I am a certified John F. Barnes Myofascial Release Therapist. I have completed Myofascial Release I & II, along with Cervical Thoracic training seminars. This life-changing bodywork has impacted my own personal healing journey and I look forward to sharing this beautiful gift with my community!
