I became devoted to practicing and sharing the physiological work that accelerated my healing in 3 years compare to the 27 years of therapeutic work done prior to my first Somatic Experiencing session.

Incorporating a holistic inquiry with observation and the tracking of an individual system, I am able to meet and connect with people where they are emotionally and energetically. The observations noticed during the inquiry dialogue informs the physiological support a person is needing to redirect their consciousness (or neural pathways) from a place of feeling threatened, or hopeless with self-limiting beliefs toward a new self-awareness supporting healthy relationships and the well-being that leads to positive behaviors and an improved quality of life.

A balanced energy and nervous system supports’ the body’s access to the natural healing state of homeostasis which allows for a more receptive and productive interaction with medical, psychological and/or psychiatric treatments.

I have an extensive network that includes: psychotherapists, addiction specialists, acupuncturist, chiropractor, family systems and so much more.
