Bonnie Adams

Hello.  My name is Bonnie Adams. I have a deep appreciation and passion for the body. Giving your body the nurishment it needs to do its own healing is paramont in my philosophy. The body is the most magnificent treasure we have; it deserves love. I bring to my massage practice a strong science background after years of working in other allied medical fields. I returned to Bodywork in 2015, to delve further into the Power of Touch as a healing modality. My massage post graduate studies include Medical Massage, Reflexology and Energy modalities. I practise with the intension to relieve pain and stress through focused, result-oriented techniques and modalities.
