Tara Punt

Hello! I am Tara, a Certified Medical Massage Therapist. I was introduced to natural healing and self care at a young age. I received chiropractic and massage therapy that helped me with physical and emotional pain. My passion is to bring the healing I experienced into the lives of my clients. My educational journey stared at Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado. The program at MTIC included instruction in anatomy and physiology, pathology of massage, and modalities of swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, and neuromuscular therapy. I was also introduced to prenatal massage, joint range of motion, motion palpation, myofascial therapy, reflexotherapy, and kinesiology. I gradutated from the 616 hour program in August of 2007. In 2016 I completed a 100 Hour Medical Massage Certification Program with Health Matters Seminars. In 2017 I completed a 24 hour program on Contemporary Cupping Methods through CuppingTherapy.org. I am currently in a self study program through NASM to obtain my personal training certification with a specialty in corrective exercises. I believe it is important to continue my education so that I am able to further my skill set and create a unique treatment plan for each client. 

I love spending time with my husband and our 2 active boys! I strive to live a healthy active lifestyle. I enjoy physical fitness, eating clean, yoga/meditation, movies, music, and art!
