My mission is to help people live with more comfort and ease in their bodies and to help with relief of chronic and acute pain. 

My specialty is deep tissue massage which involves slow, deep techniques to help relieve muscle, fascia and joint aches and pains. Since every person’s experiences, perceptions and needs are unique, I provide an integrated massage using a variety of modalities to facilitate the body’s natural ability to heal itself.

My goal is to provide a therapeutic experience where my clients can unwind physically, mentally, and emotionally.  Whether you need recovery and restoration from training, to reduce everyday muscle aches and pains, or to improve range of motion and ease tension, I will work with you to come up with a treatment plan that best fits your needs.
