I started my professional career with a degree from The Swedish Institute College of Health Science in New York City. In addition, I am proficient in various highly-effective techniques and concepts, including: Active Release Technique (ART), Anatomy In Motion (AIM), Cupping/Gua Sha, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS), Functional Range Conditioning (FRC), Immaculate Discretion (ID) Core, NeuroKinetic Therapy (NKT) and Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA). I have focused much time and energy into developing a style that merges all these different techniques for a well-rounded and cutting edge approach.

The future of massage therapy is changing. And the key lies in understanding how to take care of yourself by integrating breathing & corrective movement.
