As a licensed and certified massage therapist with 25+ years of experience and over a 1000+ hours of education in the field of massage, I co-design with my clients a treatment plan that feels relaxing and nurturing. Bringing many different modalities to my massage table allows me to match my client’s preferences more readily. For active adults and seniors who want to stay active, I offer Swedish and Deep Tissue modalities. For acute or chronic pain sufferers, I offer a combination of lighter touch modalities that include DermoNeuroModulation (DNM) and Lymphatic Massage as well as gentle Myofascial Release techniques.
