When a client comes into my practice, the first thing I do is listen. I want to know what brought you here today. Are you in pain or discomfort? Is it a chronic ailment, or something new? Or maybe you are simply here for a respite from the daily grind. The first step to giving you the care you need is to listen.

I have been working full time as a massage therapist since graduating from the Body Therapy Institute in Siler City, N. Carolina, in 2016. My therapeutic massage approach blends deep tissue, myofascial, and sports massage techniques that ease the aches and pains, tension and loss of function caused by the stressors or mere routines of life. I tailor my techniques to you, regardless of age, physical fitness, prior injuries, or lifestyle.

I've learned from my thousands of hours performing massage how the component parts of the human body are deeply interconnected, so the root of your pain may be a pinch or misalignment or protective clenching somewhere far from where you feel it. Your body gives me clues, so that I can find the source and thus make you feel better. With this holistic approach, I strive to send you out the door feeling more comfortable, more mobile, and more relaxed.
