My "style" has been compared to the Hawaiian "lomi-lomi" massage. I do view massage as a water dance, and I tend to incorporate long rhythmic movements into my massage sessions. My approach is not rigid, but fluid; meaning I adapt to each individual soul. The intention of every session being: bring wellness to Body, Mind and Spirit.

A little more about me: I worked in the medical field as a CNA for 2 years from 2007-2009. I was mostly doing private in-home care, and I spent a short time working in a nursing home facility. I quickly realized that I wanted to be involved in more preventative care. After some "googling" and a few of those online personality career tests (I'm a total INFP btw) I discovered the wonderful world of massage!

In the beginning, I started out by going to a what felt like a million book stores buying and reading as many "bargain books" they had on Massage and Aromatherapy. And in the age of the internet we have endless online resources on every subject under the sun! I can't tell you how many hours I spent reading and studying about my new passion. All the while I would practice on all my friends and family who gladly accepted the free back rubs! Finally in 2012 I graduated from The American College Massage School in Crown Point, Indiana. And now almost 8 years later I am so blessed to find myself back at massage school, but this time as a team member and massage instructor.

In addition to my work at the school, I am happy to own a little massage studio right above the place where I officially began my massage journey. If you are in need of some stress relief and want to feel better come see me. I am happy to be here and be of help soothing those aches and pains.
