Hannah Woltman

Hello my name is Becky Woltman, I am a L.M.T. and Personal Trainer with 15 yrs of experience.  My training includes a Kinesiology Degree from University of Illinois and a Graduate from Wellness and Massage Training Inst.  Currently I am a Massage, Anatomy and Kinesiology Instructor of 11 yrs. and own a Massage Therapy/Personal Training Studio.  The Massage Therapy modalities I offer are Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Scar Tissue Therapy, Myofascial, Swedish and Pre/Post-natal Massage.  My Philosophy:  I believe both the body and the mind must be working together in order to truly achieve optimal health and well being.  This does not happen over night, but wellness is an ongoing process.
