Barb Brandner

Barb is a highly skilled and compassionate practitioner with an extensive background in holistic healing. She is a Licensed Massage Therapist & Bodyworker (LMT), graduating the Medical Intensive Program at Blue Sky School of Professional Massage & Bodywork. Additionally, Barb is a Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher (CMMT) through UC Berkeley’s Greater Good Science Center, a 200-hour Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT-200) with Breathe for Change, a Certified Social-Emotional Learning Facilitator (SEL*F), and a Reiki Master trained in the Usui Ryoho Reiki tradition. With a certification in Trauma informared care, Barb is dedicated to helping others regulate their nervous systems, embody safety, and become healing presences in their own lives.

Through SHIFT Wellness (shiftwellnesswi.com), Barb continues to create a space where others can find the same freedom and transformation that she has experienced, offering a blend of therapies designed to nurture the body, mind, and spirit.
