Astrid is a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. She has been practicing in Pensacola, Florida since 2012. Astrid was initially drawn to massage therapy out of an interest in holistic or whole body medicine. She believes that touch is the most primal way of healing, a way to be brought back to senses we have learned to mute. She also believes that we are all looking for more connection & meaning in an increasingly intangible world and aims to facilitate that search by providing a safe space for people to reconnect with their own bodies.
