Anna Gardner

Anna is a 2009 graduate of Aveda Institute Minneapolis. She has both clinical and spa experience giving her a rich knowledge in the healing power of massage therapy. She has a gift to help people heal and recover. She brings her connection to the Divine in every session. She has studied and has received training and practices connecting her to other realms and planes.  Energy healing and Chakra balancing play a role in her philosophy toward assisting to heal the whole person. Anna's sessions are customized to the needs of every client. Each session may include a blend of the following techniques: deep tissue, relaxation, pressure and trigger point, injury recovery, myofascial release, crainosacral, chakra balancing and reflexology Anna's other interests include dogs, nature and aroma therapy!
