Knowing that massage can rejuvenate, balance and ease inflammation of the body I constantly strive to continue educating myself to best assist my clients to optimal health. Using tools such as manual massage, along with low level laser, taping, heated stones, cupping therapy to bring faster healing and pain relief.

For stress reduction I am delighted to use relaxation massage allowing my clients to enjoy the peace and tranquillity afforded by this technique.

i am also certified in Physiokinetix therapy to assist in neurological fine-tuning for injury prevention.
