Hello!  Welcome to my page.  :)

I am a bodywork/massage professional with 15 years of experience.  My background as a modern dancer and yoga enthusiast led me to different approaches and methods that created a deep curiosity about holistic methods and the body's capacity to heal itself.  I have enjoyed 15 years of unwinding the daily stresses of work life, pre and postnatal aches and pains, and sports/work out injuries and inflammation.  I received Certification as a Shiatsu Anma Therapist in 2009 from the Shiatsu Massage School of California with 500 hours of instruction from Dr. Kaneko, Ingrid Marsten and staff.  While training there I also took classes in Deep Tissue, Lymphatic and Pre-Natal Massage.  My training in Swedish Massage was through the Institute of Psycho-Structural Balancing ("IPSB") and in 2018 I became certfied in ASTON-PATTERNING® (myofascial release and movement techniques to move towards optimal alignment and function).  I have received practical education in Reiki healing at Windows to the Sky Center in Upstate NY in 1998 and from Jill Henrich in Los Angeles.  I have studied Craniosacral Therapeutic techniques was Hugh Milne's (Visionary Craniosacral Therapy) and various teachers from the Upledger Institute.  

I incorporate Craniosacral Therapeutic techniques in all of my massage sessions for integration and deeper relaxation.  I have also explored energy healing methods such as Polarity Therapy and incorporate diagnostic and integrative aspects of it in my work
