I have been practicing massage therapy since 2005. I love this work & strongly believe in massage therapy as a viable healing modality. My work consists of Swedish massage with some deep work where needed. I constantly throw in other modalities such as myofascial, myoskeletal & trigger point  techniques in order to tailor each massage to each of my client’s individual needs. I also provide maternity massage and chair massage. I am always striving to update and upgrade my skill set to better serve my clients needs. My goal is to provide the most appropriate bodywork for each massage, for each client in a safe, professional and compassionate environment. I am honored to be a part of your healing experience and process.
