I practice both Eastern and Western methods of massage. You can choose an Integrative Table top massage or a Traditional Thai Massage as practiced on the mat. We will discuss before we begin your trouble areas and expectations of massage. I carry over a decade of experience which continues to grow as I learn more every day. I consider myself to be somewhat of a wounded healer having survived many injuries, traumas, Hurricane Katrina, and I love being able to share my knowledge and experience. I continue to learn more about natural therapies and alternative medicines and I enjoy sharing information as necessary with clients. I believe that nutrition is our first medicine, followed by Physical Therapy, Acupuncture, Massage Therapy, and Chiropractic for the best medicines in healing the physical body. I also support the practice of yoga, pranayama, and meditation as well as other forms of exercise in addition to keeping the body in good maintenence with treatments. I love my work and it has given me the opportunity to learn more about myself and my own healing process as well as meet and work with some incredible people who continue inspiring me through their processes. I am grateful to do this work and I look forward to meeting and working with many more people as it continues on.
