River Rock Wellness is a bodywork practice where you can find the space to feel more grounded, more connected to your body and more aware of what your body has to tell you.  I offer individually tailored sessions of massage, Reiki and other energy work that allow you to sink in and let go-of pain, of stress, of anything keeping you from finding balance wherever you are at in your life.  All with someone who will provide a safe, respectful space, an earthy energy and the knowledge of what it feels like when things are not all well in your world.  

I delight in sharing my belief that you can feel more at home in your body and I support you in learning how to be empowered to take better care of all aspects of your being.  I do all this with a down-to-earth, joyful demeaner, a deep sense of compassion and enough humor to keep things from being too serious.
