Amanda Hoelk

Amanda is a graduate of the Pennsylvania Institute of Massage Therapy class of 2000. She has years of  experience in Swedish, Prenatal, Deep Tissue and Orthopedic Massage. She was also Chiropractic Assistant for 10 years and assisted with active release technique, active rehab exercises, traction and other therapies  

Amanda has an integrative approach, working with the client to find the best techniques that work for them, knowing that not one massage fits all. She can customize the pressure to suit each clients need and has a more layered approach so even deep tissue can be relaxing and pain free. 

Amanda is currently practicing at Island Healing in Oak Island, NC - serving all of Southport and Brunswick County.
