My massage is gentle, relaxing, and effective. I like to do non-invasive, evidence-based techniques. Much of my training is in the science of how the body works and how the techniques I use bring change. I LOVE learning about the body! But, I understand people are more than just their bodies. It amazes me what I pick up on just by being present during a massage.
