About
Ally discovered her passion for bodywork with a simple yet profound head hold at a Thai massage workshop, and the Thai approach influences all her offerings. She graduated from Portland’s East West College of the Healing Arts and is a lifelong student of bodywork, with training in Thai, Myofascial, Swedish, Deep Tissue, and the basics of Sports Massage and TuiNa. Ally is a licensed massage therapist in Colorado and a Registered Thai Therapist with Thai Alliance. She welcomes each session as an opportunity to create a customized therapeutic massage based on the unique needs of each client.
She aims to create a calm, peaceful space for the body to unwind and has particular interest in holding space for those navigating grief, utilizing massage for mental health support, or interested in connecting more deeply with their menstrual cycles. All bodies are welcome; LGBTQIA+ friendly.
1:1 custom treatment sessions are offered in-office at Anupa Wellness as well as mobile in the Salida, Colorado area.
