I am a licensed massage therapist with additional certifications in foot reflexlogy, yomassage, yoga, ayurvedic nutrition and reiki. I have learned about many modalities through various institutions: Cayce/Reilly School of Massage Therappy, Heal Center Atlanta, American Institute of Holistic Theology, and more.

I hold exploratory workshops on various techniques including, but not limtiied to, tapping, color therapy, chakra balancing. As a Reiki Master, I also train Reiki students through mastership.
