I am privileged to work as a Massage Therapist alongside my dad in his Chiropractic practice. My motto is "movement in stillness."

I believe that the body loves movement, that's why we feel so good when we exercise! When we move, our blood is circulating, our neurons are firing, our happy hormones are boosting, and our body is helping itself find equilibrium. The body, of course, also needs rest! As a massage therapist, I offer a relaxation experience that allows your body to rest deeply while I provide the movement and it's benefits: your neurons firing from new sensory input, your nervous system calming, your blood and lymph circulating, your muscles releasing, your fascia melting, and don't forget those happy hormones! 

Massage is a practice that assists the body to holistic wellness...I hope to serve you on your wellness journey.
