Alissa Singletary

Hi, I’m Ali, (she/her) a licensed massage therapist and Integrated Health Practitioner in Eugene, Oregon. My goal is to support an experience that prioritizes time, space, and energy for each client’s needs.  I am a trauma informed provider with a focus in women's health and working with caregivers. I have over 20 years of professional experience and bring the wealth of knowledge I've gained from the fields of health, wellness, and education into my work each day. 

Being an Integrated Health Practitioner means a lot to me and is grounded in a foundation of professional bodywork  combined with the knowledge and application of healthy nervous system supports.

I offer both therapeutic and relaxation focused massage therapy sessions with specialization in Swedish massage, Acupressure, Cupping, Guasha, Muscle Energy Techniques, Trigger Point Therapy, and Joint Mobilization and Stretching. I also provide Energy Body Work and Guided Meditation and Breathwork Practices and use modalities Reiki, Shin Jin Jyutsu, Yoga Nidra, and Guided Imagery.
