With over fifteen years of experience with Massage Therapy in a number of modalities, my goal is to work with you to meet your body's needs.
I graduated as Valedictorian of my class for massage therapy in 2009 from National University of Health Sciences. I am licensed in Illinois and maintain ethical and professional standing through Board Certification. I love blending deeper work with relaxation and energetic work. Each massage is customized with you, the client, in mind.
Every one has experienced some level of chronic pain at one point or another. Sometimes it comes through as carpal tunnel syndrome, migraines, sciatica or maybe it's just that your feet hurt from standing at work or your neck and head hurt from staring at a computer all day.
Not only will Massage Therapy help you physically, it will also provide mental and emotional support by giving you space to breath and aiding the release of dopamine and serotonin, which are natural chemicals in the brain to help decrease depression, stress, and anxiety.
