Align Body Work

I work to target areas rooted in chronic or acute issues and discomfort. I look at posture, tissue structure, and signs of tissue damage or weakness to guide my work.  My massage style is most influenced by orthopedic, neuromuscular, and clinical deep tissue, which includes myofascial therapy, trigger point release, cupping, active and passive kinesiology, and targeting connective tissues and joints, not just muscle. I also enjoy craniosacral therapy, reflexology, and Reiki.

I believe communication with the nervous system is essential for prolonged relief and health, especially when someone has experienced trauma on any level.

My massage work reflects a desire to care for others. When people feel better, they have more energy and ability to give back to their communities and families, thus increasing quality of life systemically. As a community organizer myself, spreading wellness and joy through massage therapy is an absolute.
