Adam Blessing

Hi, I’m Adam Blessing, a massage therapist licensed in Wisconsin and California with over 15 years of experience in the healing arts of massage and movement. I blend therapeutic and relaxation techniques from my Middleway Method training in Arcata, CA, using Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and myofascial release, among others, to help you move with greater ease and feel your best. Whether I’m in my Plymouth office or providing onsite massage at your location, I focus on personalized care tailored to you.

I graduated from Arcata School of Massage in 2015, then worked at Ratna Ling Retreat Center in California, managing their wellness center and serving as onsite therapist. Later, I traveled with ShivaKali Yoga School in Costa Rica and California, supporting anatomy lessons and offering bodywork. My experiences honed my skills and deepened my passion for helping people through touch and movement.

After meeting my wife, we settled in her home state of Wisconsin, where I’ve worked at top spas like Kohler Waters Spa. Now, I bring that expertise to my own practice, blending years of training into every session. I’m excited to support your wellness journey, wherever you are!"
