I believe touch is medicine. It heals the souls of the elderly and calms the cries of infants and all those inbetween. Massage is my way of making a difference in the world. I have a passion for human anatomy and believe the body is an amazing vessel. Although the body can heal itself, massage can be a key factor in the repair and rehabilitation of muscles.

I've been doing massage since 2006. Over the years I've gained a multitude of skills and techniques, enabling me to give you the best therapeutic experience. After working under a corporation for the past nine years, I have the opportunity to work for myself and clients. Active Bodies Massage allows me the chance to slow down and better assess your needs, executing an attentive session.
