Massage is an investment in your health. My goal is to assist your body to relax and align to all all parts to function optimally. I believe massage should never be painful, but should create benefits to the body by encouraging the fascia to return to a state of mobility. When a specific muscle is in spasm or restricting motion, I will use a variety of techniques to work with the muscle to "let go" and help it to become a team player in the body as it was designed. There are no guarantees in life, and each individual is a different structure with a different history, but every body will be at its best when it is cared for as a well oiled machine.
