Through the healing power of massage and movement, I work with you to facilitate the healing ability of your own body, mind, and energy. Our entire being is an integrated whole. You and I will collaborate to help you gain access to the mind-body connection, either through massage or movement. I offer therapeutic deep tissue massage, prenatal massage, hot stone massage, sinus relief massage, Swedish massage, Lymphatic Drainage, and Myofascial and Neuromuscular therapy massage. I incorporate energy work such as Reiki, polarity, and chakra balancing if requested.
