Hi, I’m Steph, the heart behind Wild Roots Massage and Bodywork.

I’m a licensed massage therapist in Ohio and West Virginia, with additional training in Reiki energy healing. Every session I offer is client-centered and tailored to your unique needs—whether you’re looking for deep relaxation, relief from tension, or a reset after a stressful week.

At Wild Roots, I weave together massage and Reiki so you can feel better in your body, and more balanced in your mind and spirit. This is offered as mobile sessions, bringing healing directly to your home for your comfort and convenience.

This work is more than a profession for me—it’s my way of making the world a more peaceful place, one person at a time.

❇️ Reiki is a modern Japanese relaxation method inspired by much older global traditions that recognize the body’s natural flow of life energy. Practitioners act as a conduit for this calming, balancing energy, allowing the body to settle, unwind, and restore itself.

🌸 Sliding Scale at Wild Roots

At Wild Roots Massage & Bodywork, I believe that everyone deserves access to healing touch and stress relief, regardless of financial circumstances. To honor this, I offer my sessions on a sliding scale.

How it works:

• Each service is listed with a price range instead of one fixed cost.
• You choose the amount within that range that feels comfortable for your current financial situation.
• No questions asked — this is a trust-based system.

Why sliding scale?

• Paying on the lower end makes healing more accessible for those with limited resources.
• Paying on the higher end supports my ability to keep this model sustainable and allows me to continue offering reduced rates to others in the community.

This system helps create a ripple effect of care — when we support one another, more people can experience the peace and balance that healing brings. 🌿

🌸 Services & Sliding Scale Pricing

• 60 minutes — $70–$90
• 90 minutes — $100–$120
  (Optional Reiki included at no extra cost)

🌿 Booking is done by phone by calling (740) 401-7832. Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive a client health intake form via email/text to fill out prior to my arrival. I arrive approximately 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to set up and answer any questions you may have before we start our session.
