Wendy holds an interdisciplinary bachelor of science degree from Plymouth State University, focusing on exercise science, nutrition, and psychology. She is also a graduate from Northeastern Institute of Whole Health in Manchester, New Hampshire, where she studied many aspects of massage therapy.
